1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Transervices ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The platform's role
Transervices is a marketplace that connects renters ("Customers") with vehicle rental agencies ("Agencies"). We are not the lessor of any vehicle. The rental contract is between you and the Agency. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment; the Agency is responsible for the vehicle, insurance, and on-the-ground service.
3. Account registration
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your password secure
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
- Be at least 21 years old (or the local minimum rental age, whichever is higher)
4. Bookings and payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and Agency confirmation
- Pricing shown at search includes base rate, taxes, and the platform fee unless otherwise indicated
- Payment is processed via DimePay at the time of booking
- Security deposits, damage fees, and late-return fees are charged separately by the Agency
5. Cancellation
Each Agency sets its own cancellation policy. The applicable policy is shown before you confirm and on your booking page. Cancellation fees are deducted from refunds.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent the booking flow to deal with Agencies off-platform
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's operation
7. Reviews and content
You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos), but grant Transervices a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating the Platform.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transervices is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of Agencies
- Vehicle condition, mechanical failure, or accidents
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting privacy@tservices.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transervices is incorporated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and shown on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The version you accepted at booking time is preserved on your booking record.
