Our story
Transervices was born out of a simple frustration: renting a car in the Caribbean shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. We saw travellers showing up to dusty parking lots with reservations that didn't match what was promised, hidden fees pushed across the counter at pickup, and small but excellent local agencies invisible behind the global aggregators.
So we built the platform we wished we had. Verified agencies. Transparent pricing. Booking confirmation in seconds. Whether you're a visitor on a two-week trip or a local needing a vehicle for the weekend, the experience should be the same: pick a car, see the full price, book it, drive it.
What we believe
- Trust is earned, not declared. Every agency on Transervices is verified — business documents, fleet condition, insurance — before a single vehicle goes live.
- Pricing should be obvious. No fee belongs in the fine print. The number you see at search is the number on your card.
- Local agencies deserve a fair shot. Big-brand recognition shouldn't be the only path to a customer. We give independent operators the tools and the marketing to compete.

The team
We're a small, deliberate team based across the islands. Our backgrounds span travel, fintech, and operations. We drive the cars on our platform. We rent from our own agencies. We answer support tickets in rotation. The product gets better because the people building it actually use it.
