Account 3

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. We'll email you a reset link valid for 60 minutes.

Email us at privacy@tservices.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process the request within 30 days, retaining only what we're legally required to keep (e.g. tax records).

Each individual is allowed one account. If you manage a rental agency, sign up via the List your agency flow — that's a separate, business-tier account.

Agencies 3

Click Start free on the homepage, complete the registration, then upload your fleet, business documents, and insurance. Most agencies are live within 15 minutes.

Yes. Every agency goes through KYC verification, business document review, and an insurance audit before any vehicle is published.

There's no setup fee. We take a small commission per completed booking — see our partner page for the full breakdown.

Bookings 4

Most rentals offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. The exact policy is shown on every listing before you confirm. After that window, cancellation fees may apply.

Yes — go to My Bookings, open the booking, and tap Modify. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.

A late return fee applies, typically pro-rated by the hour. The exact rate is in your booking confirmation. If you know you'll be late, message the agency through the platform.

Additional drivers must be registered with the agency at pickup, hold a valid licence, and may incur a small daily fee. They are not covered by the rental agreement otherwise.

Getting started 3

Transervices connects you with verified rental agencies across the Caribbean. Browse vehicles, compare prices, book online, and pick up at the agency. We handle payment securely; the agency provides the vehicle.

Yes — you'll need to create a free account so we can email you the booking confirmation, store your details for future bookings, and provide support if anything comes up.

A valid driver's licence held for at least one year, a government-issued photo ID, and a payment card. Some agencies require an international driving permit for non-local licences — check the listing.

Payments 4

Payments are processed securely via DimePay. We support major credit and debit cards. Your card details never touch our servers.

You're charged at booking time. Some agencies hold a refundable security deposit at pickup separately.

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — taxes, platform fees and add-ons are itemised before you confirm.

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cancellation fees (if any) are deducted before the refund is issued.

For urgent issues (accident, breakdown, lockout), contact the agency directly via the phone number in your booking. For platform issues, message us via the in-app chat or use the contact form.

Reach out to support@tservices.com. We mediate between renters and agencies based on the rental terms you both agreed to. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
