1. Who we are
Transervices ("we", "us") operates the marketplace platform at tservices.com. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide.
2. What we collect
Account information — name, email, password (hashed), phone number, profile photo.
Identity & rental information — driver's licence details, ID document images (when required), date of birth.
Booking & payment data — bookings made, vehicles browsed, payment card metadata (full card numbers are stored only by our PCI-compliant payment processor, not by us).
Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referrer.
Communications — messages you send via support, contact forms, or in-app chat.
3. How we use it
- To operate the Platform — match you with vehicles, process bookings, support payouts
- To verify identity and prevent fraud
- To send transactional email (booking confirmations, receipts, password resets)
- To send marketing email (only if you opt in — you can opt out anytime)
- To improve the product (aggregated, de-identified analytics)
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering)
4. Who we share it with
- Agencies — limited info needed to fulfill your booking (name, licence, contact, pickup time)
- Payment processor (DimePay) — to process your payment
- Service providers — email delivery, error monitoring, hosting (under data-processing agreements)
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some service providers process data outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — for the lifetime of your account, plus 12 months
- Booking and financial records — 7 years (tax/regulatory)
- Marketing preferences — until you opt out
- Logs and analytics — 12 months
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (only with consent) to improve the product. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings.
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. We notify you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting you.
10. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact privacy@tservices.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes are notified by email. The version active when you accepted your booking is preserved on the booking record.
