Most answers live in our FAQs. For everything else, this page walks through the most common things renters and agencies need to do.

Getting started

Creating an account

Click Sign up in the top-right of any page. You only need an email and a password — we'll ask for licence details when you make your first booking.

Browsing vehicles

The homepage and /vehicles show you everything available. Filter by category, dates, location, and budget. Click any card for full specs, photos, the agency that owns it, and live availability.

Making a booking

  1. Pick a vehicle and your dates.
  2. Review the price breakdown — base rate, taxes, platform fee, optional add-ons.
  3. Pay securely via DimePay.
  4. You'll receive an email confirmation, a calendar invite, and pickup instructions immediately.

Managing bookings

Every booking lives under My Bookings. From there you can:

  • View pickup details and the agency's contact info
  • Modify dates (subject to availability)
  • Cancel within the cancellation window
  • Download an .ics calendar invite
  • Add the booking to your wallet

Support during your rental

For anything urgent during the rental — accident, breakdown, locked out — contact the agency directly using the phone number in your booking confirmation. They're closest and fastest.

For platform issues — payment problems, missing confirmation, account access — use the contact form or email support@tservices.com.

For agencies

If you run a rental business, see our partner page or sign up via the Start free button. We'll walk you through:
